CHRISTMAS UPDATE:

As of 11/23/20, only the Big and Little Spoon Set will ship within 5-7 business days. 

All other sets are made-to-order, and will take a minimum of 4-7 weeks to hand-sew.

For orders that contain a Big and Little Spoon Set in addition to other items:

Your Big and Little Spoon Set will ship first (and hopefully will arrive in time for Christmas. Please note we do not guarantee delivery times (as much as we want to!)

 

 

How do I order a matching set? 

Items are sold individually. You must add both the human clothing and the pup clothing into your cart in order to receive a matching set. 

Please read each listing clearly. We do not accept returns - especially for orders placed containing only Pet clothing. Each listing is clear and has options for separate pet and human sizing. Please do not expect a full human and pup set to arrive when you have only added a pet size to your cart. 

After several requests to separate the sizing when we first began, we separated the pet and human sizing to offer more versatility for customers. Some of our customers have multiple dogs and love the option of ordering each item separately. We strive to accommodate all requests! When will my order arrive?

All items are handmade and Made To Order:

Made to order items take 3-6 weeks to process before shipping. 

Due to the unique and custom nature of all our items, please allow ample time to process and manufacture before shipping. 

By placing an order, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and production time. We do not offer refunds due to the handmade nature of all items. Once we begin sewing your items, we cannot refund or cancel your order.
 

How long does shipping take?

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24-42 hours for tracking information to update. 

We offer worldwide shipping, tracking with live updates, and 24 hour support.
